The Local Law 152 Deadline is coming up quickly. We are only a few weeks away from those in Community Districts 1, 3, and 10 to get the LL 152 inspection they require, and that is not much time to schedule the inspection from a licensed master plumber before the deadline is over.

Local Law 152 inspections are due by the 12/31/2024, no exceptions. The NYC DOB is less forgiving of those that miss the inspection, especially compared to how they were in the past. That is why it is so important to make sure that you’re scheduling your appointment now, as soon as possible.
