How the Staten Island Local Law 152 Inspection Process Works

Which Staten Island Properties Require a Local Law 152 Inspection?
Local Law 152 applies to properties that have a gas piping system and are not zoned R-3. This means commercial properties, multifamily residential properties with more than 2 units or group housing properties hosting more than 20 people, and mixed use buildings are subject to Local Law 152.
